How we handle your information
We collect only what we need to run tryouts and communicate with families.
Tryout registration
Tryout registration uses Google Forms. Responses (player name, date of birth, grade, sports conflicts, and parent or guardian contact details) are stored in a Google account controlled by Ardsley Travel and are visible only to authorized Travel Board members.
We use this information to organize tryouts, form teams, and contact families. We never post registration details on this website and we never sell or share them for marketing.
Messages you send us are read by Travel Board members and used only to respond to you.
Photos
We only post identifiable photos of players with permission from a parent or guardian. To ask us to remove a photo, contact us.
This website
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are most useful. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects general information such as pages viewed, approximate location, and device type. We do not use it to identify individual visitors, and we do not use advertising trackers. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on.
